Shipping Policy

At Sable & Flame, every order is prepared with care and intention. This policy outlines how we ship, how long orders typically take, and what you can expect from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door.

 

Dispatch Times

All orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
During busy periods, new collection launches, or peak seasons, dispatch may extend to 3–5 business days, though we always aim to ship sooner. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order has been posted.

 

UK Shipping

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

All orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked services to ensure safe, reliable delivery.

Shipping Options:

• Royal Mail Tracked 48 — Typically 2–3 business days
Royal Mail Tracked 24 — Typically 1–2 business days

(Delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and may vary during busy seasons.)

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your chosen shipping method.

We offer free UK shipping on orders over £50.

 

Packaging & Protection

Each order is packed securely using high-quality, recyclable materials, designed to protect your candles and wax melts while maintaining the luxurious Sable & Flame unboxing experience.

 

Incorrect Address or Missed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Sable & Flame is not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us following failed delivery attempts or an incorrect address, we can:

• Re-ship the order (additional postage fee applies), or
• Issue a refund for the items (excluding shipping costs).

 

 

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 7 business days after expected delivery, please contact us at contact@sableandflame.co.uk with your order number.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the packaging
• Photos of the damaged items

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

 

Delivery Notifications

You will receive tracking updates directly from Royal Mail, including:

• When your parcel has been dispatched
• When it’s out for delivery
• When it has been delivered
