Thank you for choosing Sable & Flame Candle Co.
Each order is carefully prepared, packaged, and dispatched with the same devotion that defines every candle we craft — from our studio in Belfast, Northern Ireland.


Processing Times

All orders are hand-packed with care.
Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be prepared before dispatch.
During busy periods, collection launches, or holidays, processing may take slightly longer — we appreciate your patience while every parcel is perfected.


United Kingdom Shipping

We currently ship across the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, England, Scotland, and Wales.

  • Standard delivery: Royal Mail Tracked 48 / Evri Tracked 48 Hour — usually 2–5 business days after dispatch.

  • Express delivery: DPD Next Day / Royal Mail Tracked 24 — usually 1–2 business days after dispatch.

A tracking email will be sent once your order leaves our studio.


Republic of Ireland & European Shipping

We currently ship across the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland, with tracked international delivery available to much of mainland Europe.

If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at contact@sableandflame.co.uk and we’ll be happy to confirm availability.

  • Tracked international service: Royal Mail International Tracked or DPD Air Classic — typically 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Express international: DHL Express Worldwide — typically 2–4 business days.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight.
Please note that any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes applied by your local authority are the responsibility of the recipient.


Packaging & Presentation

Each candle and wax melt is hand-wrapped and protected to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.
We use recyclable or reusable materials wherever possible — including luxury presentation boxes, eco wrap, and protective outer packaging designed for safe travel.


Order Changes or Address Errors

Please double-check your delivery address before completing checkout.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately at contact@sableandflame.co.uk.
We’ll do our best to amend it before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed once your parcel has been processed.


Delivery Issues or Damages

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please email contact@sableandflame.co.uk within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date).
Include your order number and clear photos of any damage so we can assist promptly.
We replace or refund eligible orders in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.


Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been handed to the courier, responsibility for delivery timing passes to the carrier.
We are not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, or postal service issues — but we will always support you in tracing your parcel where possible.
