We operate this online store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the “Services”). Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Services.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we send a confirmation email and have processed payment. You warrant purchases are for personal/household use and not for resale.

4. Prices, Taxes & Billing

Prices may change without notice. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude taxes, shipping, handling and (if applicable) customs/import fees. 5. Shipping & Delivery

6. Safety & Candle Use

Candles and wax melts are flammable. Always follow the safety guidance on product labels and on our Candle Care page. We are not responsible for damage or injury arising from misuse, unattended burning, or failure to follow safety instructions.

All content on the Services (including text, designs, images, graphics, logos, trademarks and layouts) is owned by Sable & Flame or its licensors and protected by applicable IP laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. No licence is granted except as expressly set out in these Terms.

We may provide access to third-party tools or link to third-party sites. These are provided “as is” without warranties. Your use of third-party tools or sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.

9. Relationship with Shopify

Our store is powered by Shopify. Purchases are made directly with Sable & Flame Candle Co.; Shopify is not a party to your transactions and is not responsible for any sales-related claims. You release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising from your transactions with us.

These Terms, together with policies referenced here (including our Privacy Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.
